Is rate-o-mat running?

Did you make an outgoing call and see if the call is shown somehow? Would be
nice to check the call in the proxy logs, then in the mediator logs, mysql
database and finally web interface.

First things first. Make an outgoing call that it's stablished and then let's
see if the call shows in any way. And let's see that mediator and rate-o-mat
are up and running.
