[Spce-user] xcap authentication issue with jitsi auto provisinoing

Following up on this again, attached are some patches which would fix the
use of SRV records where the XCAP host is not the same as the SIP domain
name.

I have done this by adding a config option "nginx -> xcap ->
xcap_use_subdomain" and changing csc.conf.tt2, nginx.conf.tt2
and JitsiProvisioning.pm to expect a hostname of xcap.$domain if
xcap_use_subdomain = yes

So, if xcap_use_subdomain = no, then the xcap host will be the same as the
sip domain. If yes, it will be set as xcap.$domain

This seems to fix the issue and not raise any new ones. Might this be
considered?
