[Spce-user] Error in rate-o-mat because no contract balance has been added

Hi all!

Since yesterday I'm experiencing this issue:
Error rating CDR batch: No contract balance for CDR 524366 found

I have seen that this month most of contract balances haven't been 
created. I've searched the script that does this job, but I can't find 
it... Have you experienced this?
