[Spce-user] inbound routing to domain?

What's the problem here? 

You can create that ip or domain as subscriber with permanent contact and route
the DID blocks you want. 

You can do pretty much the same configuring it as peer and enabling peer_relay. 

Depends on what you want you migh prefer one scenario or the other. Is there
any particular case?
