[Spce-user] setup pstn gateway in and out

I would like to setup gateways to pstn also to freeswitch and asterisk.
How would I do this? Where would I find the documentation.

I have tried to setup peering but with failure.  I am surely doing things
wrong.  Also what log files should I be checking to observe
success/failures.

Does a default install include all modules to do this?
