[Spce-user] rate-o-mat

Thanks to all, now is working rate-o-mat and the system is billing.

Resume:

Service rate-o-mat stopped because some users were eliminated with calls
not billed (they had not been associated with any fee).

The solution was to manually delete records from MySql database "accounting"
that present problems.

example:

#service ngcp-rate-o-mat start
#rollback ineffective with AutoCommit enabled at /usr/sbin/rate-o-mat line
91. rollback ineffective with AutoCommit enabled at /usr/sbin/rate-o-mat
line 92. Error rating CDR batch: No reseller info for user id
909d45f8-1b67-4b44-9655-27a8ccd755d5
found

MySql query:
delete from cdr where source_user_id="909d45f8-1b67-4b44-9655-27a8ccd755d5"
