No, it's a misconfiguration of your client. Probably you're using a 
client with a username and domain field, and you put 
ryandavis at telific.com into the username, because your client is sending 
sip:ryandavis at telific.com@ash-butler.telific.com.

In any case, if you use telific.com as domain, but the server is 
reachable only via ash-butler.telific.com, you need to use ryndavis as 
username, telific.com as domain, and ash-butler.telific.com as 
outbound-proxy/registrar.
