[Spce-user] 483 Too Many Hops

Hi Marc,
well, the reason is outside of sip:provider. In your pcap the called
gateway/UA is sending 403 back to sip:provider. I can only guess that
maybe it needs a specific number in From or PAI or the given number
format is wrong.
