[Spce-user] FYI: Package update(s) in release 2.7 ready for release

Dear 2.7 Users,
this udpate fixes the params validation in the API function
update_voip_account_subscriber, so now it can be also executed with just
the external_id set (bugreport from Thilo Bangert).
The 2.8 release has been already fixed on May 2.
