[Spce-user] consult of SIP Provider CE v3.0

Dear Sipwise Community:

 First of all, a cordial greeting, currently the company I work for, is
evaluating SIP PROVIDER CE, the application was installed on Debian 7
operating system, in a virtualized environment deployed on VMware ESXi. The
current scenario has 6 subscribers and 2 peers, both with rewrite rules for
national and mobile prefixes, there is communication between subscribers,
and there are incoming and outgoing calls by two peers configured.

 The reason for my consult is about the billing configuration section in
the scenario described, because despite configuring the billing profile,
along with fees configuration and definition of peak and off-peak hours, I
have not observed parameters in the configuration page associated with fees
in the “Contract balance” section for each “Customer". I have reviewed the
CDR in the directory "/ home / jail / home / cdrexport / " and I have not
seen the fees statistics related to the “Reseller " created.

The procedure to configure the billing was carried out as follows (as
described in the manual " sip: provider CE v3.0 “) :

1 - Creating a " Reseller " for the billing profile .

2 - Profile billing creation.

3 - Allocation of rates to all outgoing calls processed on the server.

4 - Assignment of peak and off-peak hours for the billing profile .

5 - Assignment of that billing profile to all configured subscribers .

6 - Review of the CDR in the directory "/ home / jail / home / cdrexport /".

After I performed the steps above, the Reseller configured was not listed
in the directory "/ home / jail / home / cdrexport /", only appears the
default Reseller. Additionally, the billing information of subscribers is
missing either.

 Regarding the scenario depicted above, is there any missed configuration?. In
order to the fees and billing data can be observed both in the “Contract
Balance " associated with the " Customers" and the CDR?


Has the version "sip : provider CE v3.0 " any way to make customer invoices
and notifications?
