[Spce-user] inbound routing to domain?

Hi Theo,
basically, if you assigned a number e164 to a subscriber, like
431222333, all the calls to 431222333X* will go to that subscriber.
So if you call 431222333100 or 431222333101, the call will go to 431222333.
