[Spce-user] administrator privilege denial in Sipwise 3

Good program Well done!

There is a major error : DENIAL of administrator privileges of any kind 
in Sipwsie 3 if READ ONLY privilege is mistakenly checked, the entire 
program is unusable.(NOT Use able), and no way how toreset the rights 
from READ ONLY to read all.
