[Spce-user] administrator privilege denial in Sipwise 3

Sorry for that, that should not have happened. We have fixed the bug.
The bugfix will be available tomorrow.

Log in to the server and run the command:

echo "update admins set read_only = 0 where login = 'administrator'" | \
   mysql -u root billing -vvv

where administrator is the login name of the affected administrator.
