[Spce-user] upgrade issue

Just upgraded from 2.8 to 3.0 and cannot login. Do I need to perform
additional steps other than what is listed in the upgrade doc?. If so, what
are they?.

If something failed how can I repair or overwrite the installation.  this
is not a production server so I can wipe and reinstall if need be.  If so
how would I do that?  Can I just dump the sipwise directories and go from
there with an install?
