[Spce-user] BYE not correct when sent by called party SPCE 2.8

Hello,

I have also this Problem, that the call does not terminate, when the 
called party hangs up.

I see a BYE packet from my peer provider, but the subscribers phone does 
not hang up.

I looked into the kamailio-lb.log log an d found an error:
