[Spce-user] terminating a subscriber

Hello,

I have a problem with SPCE 2.8 - I have terminated a subscriber using the standard administration GUI. Now I need to re-use the username, but I cannot:

ngcp-create_subscriber fails because the voip account subscriber .... already exists

ngcp-delete fails because voip account subscriber .... does not exist

How do I get out of this loop?
