[Spce-user] Can't create a domain on SPCE V3.0

Hi,

There is something terribly wrong with your provisioning.xmlhosts table, 
as the panel is never supposed to connect to some 192.168.x.x:23 
ip/port, rather than 127.0.0.1:5582.

Can you show us the content of this table? Did you change something 
manually there?
