Greetings, the levels of lock are foreign, outgoing & incoming -
outgoing
Additionally you can unlock via SOAP also.
There are no issues with unlocking the account via SOAP
You can also verify within the admin section in the subscriber section
to make sure your changes are taking place.

Hi,
I am trying to lock and unlock a users account using a SOAP request.
I can see that by sending a request for the lock parameter using number
0,1,2, etc will lock the account - but I am unsure what the levels of
locking are based on these numbers?
I'm also wondering if there is the ability to unlock the account using
the same SOAP request - or is there another method to unlock a users
Voip account via SOAP?
Any help appreciated.
