[Spce-user] Use subscriber name as contact for incoming calls

Hi Martin,
if you want to authenticate incoming calls from a sip trunk (something
we don't do) you have to register your siptrunk as subscriber on NGCP.
We don't authenticate incoming calls from Peering servers.
