It's only available since mr3.2.x. You need to put it into your nginx
config yourself for everything before that version, forwarding it to
wss://yourip:5061/ws. Note you also need a newer nginx version for that
to work, which might not be available in versions earlier than mr3.2.x.
Bottom line: just upgrade to get it working out of the box, or look at
mr3.2.x how it's solved there.
