Hi,
the URL with port 1443 is actually for the 3.2 version onl. For your SIP
client in 3.1 you would usually use one of the two:
ws://yourip:5060/ws
wss://yourip:5061/ws
You may want to have a look too at

For changing the port you should look for setting www_admin.apache.port
in /etc/ngcp-config/config.yml, for the redirects configuration see
/etc/ngcp-config/templates/etc/nginx/sites-available/ngcp-panel.tt2
