[Spce-user] SBC is broken in mr3.4.1

HI All,

Currently I have on SPCE in SBC mode, In version

cat /etc/sipwise_ngcp_version
> System installed. NGCP version mr3.3.2 on 2014-07-23 11:12:57


Everything is OK.

Since we upgrades a test system from 3.4.1. The SPCE got a problem whit the
Suscriber *Remote Authentication. *


   - Problem with the incoming Calls.
   - Problem with the remote register.


I decided to try a fresh installation

* root at sbc:~# cat /etc/sipwise_ngcp_version System installed. NGCP version

I got the same issues.
