[Spce-user] Change Peering IP

[Carriba UG - sip:wise]

Hello,

I notice if we change the Peering IP without recration of the Peering 
Group, all Inbound calls will be rejected. This is with the last 3 pubic 
Releases.

Please check this Situation for futher releases.
