Hi Jeremy,
Ivr is a PBX feature and not a class 5.
Spce doesn't support a native ivr.
What you can do is to build your asterisk ivr outside ngcp and connect each others via sip trunk.

Otherwise you can move to our sip PRO version support a so called CloudPBX module, allowing you to handle pbx feature inside ngcp, such as ivr.
