[Spce-user] No PSTN gateways available when using *31* to hide CLIR

Hello,

Thats actually a subscriber. If I dial 7877050555 it works fine.
However if I dial *31*7877050555 it doesn't work.
The same thing happens with a number that goes thru a peer.
