[Spce-user] Updated EC2 AMIs for mr3.4.1 (was: Re: Calls drop after 30 secs)

Executing:

  apt-get update ; apt-get upgrade

on mr3.4.1 will provide the updated package ngcp-system-tools-ce
version 0.12.1.4+0~mr3.4.1.4 which includes this change to address
the automatic advertised address adjustment on EC2 systems.

We just rebuilt the AMI for ngcp-ce-mr3.4.1 to include the
ngcp-system-tools-ce 0.12.1.4+0~mr3.4.1.4 package and this gave us
the option to release our AMI for all EC2 regions, so here we go:

  AMI ID for region us-east-1: ami-2268b64a
  AMI ID for region us-west-2: ami-256e2a15
  AMI ID for region us-west-1: ami-2bfcf06e
  AMI ID for region eu-west-1: ami-ead30d9d
  AMI ID for region ap-southeast-1: ami-222d7770
  AMI ID for region ap-southeast-2: ami-67aecf5d
  AMI ID for region ap-northeast-1: ami-67634766
  AMI ID for region sa-east-1: ami-f33199ee
