[Spce-user] NAT problem

Hi 
 
Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I have installed SipWiseCE , during testing on local network everything works perfect. But when I have tried to get it running with a 1:1 nat I'm having problems with no audio in either direction and when I answer a call the callee end is still in ringing state. I have tried adding the wan address as advertised address. Do I need to add the WAN address to any config files?
