[Spce-user] Peer to peer transit calls - CDRs not properly mediated/rated?

A bit of delay coming back on this issue, while we've tried a few different
options.
The basic idea of creating a subscriber with the peer IP in trusted source
didn't work to generate rated calls.
We are looking into alternative ideas, and I'll come back if these work.
