[Spce-user] Changing from IP address to FQDN

I have been able to follow all instructions in manual and get everything
working when I use an IP address, however every attempt to get it working
using the FQDN of my system fails. I am using the VirtualBox version of
sip_provider_CE_3.1.

Is there any document that highlights all of the locations I would need to
make changes in order to be able to switch from using the IP address to a
FQDN. Internally my system is running on 10.1.8.11. If is set up my
subscribers and domain with this address, they all work just great, however
if I try to set them up using a domain name and add new subscribers to this
domain, none of those will work. For example, this system is named
sip.domain.com and that name resolves to 10.1.8.11 on both the box itself
and everywhere on my internal network. I am confused as to where it is
failing since the name seems to resolve correctly. is there something I
need to change in the ngcpcfg.yml file or somewhere else that I may have
missed?
