[Spce-user] Peer to Peer calls - No CDRs

Hi Gary, 

Please check in config.yml if you have set "allow_peer_relay" to yes in "proxy" settings (to allow peer-to-peer calls) and "export_incoming" also to yes in "cdrexport" settings (to actually generate and export those type of CDRs). 

Remember, "ngcpcfg apply" is required if you had to change anything.
