[Spce-user] Stuck with fresh install

Hi,

I just set this rather cool software up for the first time and the admin 
interfaces appear to be working fine, as well as all ports being 
accessible from the internet.

However, when I try to connect an IMS client to the system (Jitsi, for 
example) it cannot connect.  I'm really stuck and would appreciate any 
help you guys can give.  I don't really know where to start, and I can't 
find a way to search the mailing list.
