[Spce-user] Stuck with fresh install

Okay, I got a bit further...

The error I see in Zoiper is:

Registering account '1000 at sip.xxxxxxx' failed, protocol_code: 403, 
cause_code: 57 (bearer capability not authorised).

Any ideas?
