[Spce-user] Having trouble routing inbound number to alias

Hi Andrew,

The call is coming in from the peer as, say, 01600123456.  I am then 
rewriting that as 441600123456 using the rules I was instructed to add 
in the documentation.  I see in the logs as shown below that the rewrite 
is happening fine.  However, it then tells me the Callee is not local, 
but I have the alias on my subscriber set up as 441600123456.

195.189.173.27 is my peer connection at VoIPfone.
