Hi Jack,
are you saying that the call is send to end device with wrong number -
E.164 number instead of the alias? In that case you should enable the
e164_to_ruri subscriber preference. This overwrites the registered
contact of end device in Request-URI line with full alias number. If
this doesn't help please provide the kamailio-proxy.log.
