Christian,

Are you delivering calls using the full E164 format assigned to the
subscribers (CC+AC+NUMBER) on the CE?
Logs are your best friends - Check for the LB and PROXY logs for the failed
events and you will most likely see the exact reason the CE is rejecting
them.
