[Spce-user] Procedure for deleting subscribers, customers, ecc.

Hi,
the correct way is to terminate subscriber/customers.
You can't remove them.
Termination will "remove" the subscriber from the provisioning DB (so it
will not appear on web interface) and it will be set as "terminated" in
the billing DB.
This is because you can terminate a subscriber but you have not yet
billed his last calls. In this way the system will be able to bill last
calls of terminated subscribers.

To change customer, you need to terminate the subscriber and create a
new one under the new customer.
