[Spce-user] Call remains active 12 hours

Hi,
In a SipProvider CE no matterversion, we create a line to connect PBX 
Avaya IP500 firmware version 7, and it works perfectly, but in older 
versions 5 or 6 once hung the phone call remains active in 
kam_dialog_active12 hours.
Do you know what can happen or how to fix it?
