[Spce-user] *calls exceeded for*

Hello

I'm seeing calls being blocked with different variants of "* calls exceeded for *". One of my test users had zero calls when I replicated the issue. Concurrent_max=3 and concurrent_max_out=2, so the call shouldn't be blocked. I'm trying to figure out where that stale information could come from.

Can someone tell my where the CE version keeps track of concurrent calls?
