[Spce-user] Upgrade from v3.1 to v3.4.2

Hi, 

I have upgraded from v3.1 to v3.4.2 without a single problem and it took me less than 1 hour.

I did run the manual update for the ngcp.db_schema and ngcp.cfg_schema tables to set the node to "spce" just in case, and the upgrade from v3.3.2 to v3.4.2 was also completed without errors.
