[Spce-user] monitoring concurrent max overusage instead of forcing it

Is there any existing or easy way to implement both monitoring of
concurrent max calls at some value, and implementing it at another value?

For example. monitoring when a client reaches 4, but not allowing that they
use more than 5?

It can be just logged in the standard logging.
