[Spce-user] Can a reseller break rate-o-mat with a faulty rate sheet?

Hi,

resellers are able to create their own prices. But if a rating zone is 
missing rate-o-mat will stop once a subscriber calls there. Thus will 
stop the entire rating of the system?
Pls can someone clarify
