[Spce-user] Can a reseller break rate-o-mat with a faulty rate sheet?

Hi,
if a fee is missing rate-o-mat will fail cause it cannot rate the call,
so it will stop and log the problem in /var/log/ngcp/rate-o-mat.log.
You need to fix the issue and restart rate-o-mat:

/etc/init.d/rate-o-mat restart


This won't let you loose any cdrs, cause rate-o-mat will restart from
the first unrated cdr and will catch up all the remained onces.
