[Spce-user] ngcp ce mr2.8.1 and inbound call rating

Hello,

I've created a fee entry with source ".", destination "^+43.*$" and 
match direction "in", with interval 60 and rate 1. I've done a call to a 
registered device, talked a while and checked the results:

- On the subscriber panel "Source costs" for that call show up as zero, 
which will confuse the customer
- On a generated invoice the call does not show up at all.

Any help?
