Not yet. Basically you can use it like:

  docker pull sipwise/mr3.8.1
  docker run --privileged -it sipwise/mr3.8.1 /sbin/init

We're currently working on improving the service handling so it's
possible to run services under supervisord instead of /sbin/init.
Once that's available we plan to also provide according
documentation, in the meanwhile feel free to play around with the
docker images and let us know if you notice any issues with it.
