[Spce-user] P-asserted-identity set-up

I'm having problems with PAID header. I don't fully understand how can I
set-up the correct PAID. I have the following subscriber:

Subscriber preferences are:

I need to set-up the following:

- From: 0034886000000
- PAID: 442038055699 at domain

Any method to get the Primary number as PAID? From works ok, but PAID I
can't get it work correctly.

Could you help me?
