Hi,
I would say that you need to set the preference cli: 442038055699.
This is usually pre-set by the panel to the "primary number". I don't
see this set so I'm assuming that subscriber was created with empty
"cli" via the API. Just set it and you will get the correct PAI,
provided that the outbound_pai_user for the peer or domain (depending on
where the call goes to) is set to "Network-Provided Number".
