[Spce-user] outbound rewrite rule for callee is not applied ...

Hello,

I need a tech prefix for billing that is set to every call...

I configured a outbound rewrite rule as described in 6.6.4 of the 
handbook (actually I just coped it, only entered the circumflex 
manually), but it is not applied to an outgoing call. In the log I can 
see only two "Rewriting" events, which are the inbound rewrites of A- 
and B-number to E164

Any idea?
