[Spce-user] Creating subscribers through the API

Hello,

I can confirm problem with new domain.
But nor ngcp-kamctl proxy domain reload
nor /etc/init.d/kamailio-proxy restart

Gives no result :(

btw ngcp-kamctl proxy restart gives a error
