[Spce-user] Creating subscribers through the API

Hello,

My problem gone in strange way - after adding one more domain %-\

ngcp-kamctl proxy looks for wrong PID location
/var/run/kamailio.proxy.pid
  vs
/var/run/kamailio/kamailio.proxy.pid
