[Spce-user] Can a reseller break rate-o-mat with a faulty rate sheet?

I think what people are looking for in rate-o-mat is the following:
- rate all CDRs that can be rated
- CDRs that cannot be rated because of missing rates (Peering, Reseller, Subscriber) will remain unrated
This will allow all the resellers to receive rated CDRs even if 1 Reseller uploaded an incomplete ratesheet.
This will also avoid prepaid customers of resellers to overuse their credit while rate-o-mat is down because of another reseller’s poor ratesheet.
Regards,
Marc
